This is the plan:
For the first two days, hold the plank for about 20 seconds. Then, increase it up to 30 seconds on day 3 and 4. You should be clocking 40 seconds on day 5.
Relax on the 6th day before continuing with the exercise for 5 seconds on day 7 and 8. Hold the position for about 60 seconds in the next two days.
On the 12th day, you should plank for a whole 90 seconds. Takes some rest on the following day. Continue planking for 90 seconds on day 14 and 15. Try to hold the position for 2 minutes in the next 2 days.
On the 18th day, plank for two and a half minutes and then rest on the 19th day. Continue the 150-second planking for the next few days. Try to hold for 3 minutes on day 22 and 23.
Plank for 210 seconds on the 24th day before you take a day’s break. Then, hold the position for 210 seconds on day 26. You should plank for a whole 4 minutes on the 27th day. On day 28, try to hold the position for as long as possible.
