Here’s how to prepare the delicious paleo banana bread:
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 8 ripe Bananas, Mashed
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 8 Organic eggs
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 cup coconut flour ( a must-have)
- 1 cup organic dark chocolate chips you can add nuts as well if you like
Preheat the oven to 350F. Then, add all your ingredients into a bowl. Mix them well.
Next, pour the mixture into 2 lightly greased pans. It’s best to coconut oil in greasing the pans. Then, bake for 45-60 minutes. Done!
