Directions:

Put the soap base in a glass bowl. Put the bowl in a saucepan with water.

Essential oils are normally very concentrated. Therefore, be sure to read the product label. They should only be used externally and kept away from children and pets. Also, avoid eye contact.  In the case of an eye contact, you should wash them with a vegetable oil like olive oil.
